Then your Process Documentation Specialist picks up — creates supporting job aids, quick reference guides, and procedural documentation that learners can use during and after training. Finally, your HR Analyst brings everything together — creates assessment and measurement plans including effectiveness metrics, evaluation methods, and roi tracking to demonstrate training impact. Each agent inherits the context from the previous step, so the analysis builds and refines as the workflow progresses. You receive one comprehensive deliverable at the end.
