How it works

Your Problem Framer starts by working on the foundation — structures raw problem descriptions into clear problem definitions with user impact analysis and business goals, preparing the foundation for prd generation. Then your PRD Generator picks up — creates lean prd documents with all essential elements based on the structured problem definition, establishing the core document structure for subsequent refinement. Then your Requirements Analyst picks up — adds detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to the draft prd, ensuring all functional requirements are documented in actionable, testable format. Finally, your Product Manager brings everything together — reviews the prd for completeness, adds success metrics and kpis, and produces the finalized prd with executive summary ready for stakeholder review. Each agent inherits the context from the previous step, so the analysis builds and refines as the workflow progresses. You receive one comprehensive deliverable at the end.
